01 Do you have a partner portal?

Not yet. We're a Y Combinator company moving fast. Partner deals are handled directly by founders and our partnerships lead. You'll get human responses, not portal tickets.

02 What's the referral economics?

Referral commission is a percentage of first-year ACV, paid quarterly after the customer signs. Exact rate depends on partner track and deal size. We share the term sheet on the intro call.

03 Can we white-label Adentris?

Yes, for the EHR/tech track. We've designed the platform with OEM packaging in mind. Co-engineered integrations, joint customer success, shared compliance posture.

04 Do you exclude any partner types?

We don't partner with parties that compete directly on any of our five modules. Otherwise, healthcare partnerships are open.

05 How fast can we close a partnership agreement?

Most agreements close in two to three weeks from first intro call. Master agreement template is standard. Major terms are pre-decided on our side.
