Priced to the organization.
Proven on your data first.

A three-location clinic and a fifty-hospital system carry the same rules but nothing like the same operation, so we scope and quote per organization. Before you commit to anything, the rapid audit pilot runs Adentris on your own charts and claims and shows you what is recoverable.

1 to 3 locations

Clinics & Single Practices

Get compliant and get paid without adding headcount.

Small teams carry the same documentation rules as a health system, with nobody whose whole job is compliance. Adentris runs the review your team does not have time for, starting with one module and expanding when it pays for itself.

  • Start with one module, usually documentation compliance or denials
  • Runs on your existing EHR, no integration project
  • Rapid audit pilot on your own charts before you commit
  • BAA and 42 CFR Part 2 architecture from day one
  • Email and in-platform support

Annual agreement, monthly payment available. Priced on provider count and chart or claim volume.

Multi-Site & Regional Systems

One standard across every site, enforced automatically.

Once you run more than a handful of locations, quality drifts between them and nobody can see it until the denials arrive. Adentris applies one rule set across every site and shows you the variance by location and clinician.

  • Multiple modules across documentation, coding, prior auth, and denials
  • Compliance Intelligence dashboard with per-location and per-clinician view
  • Custom rule sets and payer overlays for your contracts
  • Phased rollout by site or service line, with go-live support
  • Named customer success manager and SLA

Annual agreement, monthly payment available. Priced on locations, provider count, and volume.

Enterprise Healthcare Systems

Audit-grade revenue integrity across the whole organization.

At enterprise scale the exposure is regulatory as much as financial: extrapolated recoupments, payer audits, and accreditation all land at once. Adentris runs continuously across service lines, with the audit trail to prove every finding.

  • Full platform across every module and service line
  • Enterprise security review, custom BAA terms, and deployment plan
  • On-premise or hybrid deployment where infrastructure control is required
  • Managed billing services where you want us to run the operation
  • Executive reporting, dedicated CSM, and contractual SLA

Annual agreement, monthly payment available. Scoped to your organization.

Tell us what you run.
We will scope it.

One short conversation covers your locations, EHR, payer mix, and where the revenue is leaking. You leave with a scope and a quote, and if it makes sense we run the rapid audit pilot on your own data first.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

01 Why is there no price list?

Because the work is scoped to the organization. What Adentris costs depends on how many providers and locations you run, which modules you turn on, your payer mix, and whether you want us to run any of the operation for you. We quote after a short conversation and a look at your volumes, and the rapid audit pilot shows you the recoverable revenue before you commit to anything.

02 Do you offer a free trial or self-serve signup?

We work with providers through a guided onboarding rather than a self-serve signup, because the platform has to be configured against your own rule set, payer mix, and EHR before the output is trustworthy. The equivalent of a trial is the rapid audit pilot: we run Adentris on your real charts and claims and show you the findings before any commitment.

03 Is there a contract term?

Yes. Every Adentris agreement runs for twelve months, whatever the size of the organization, and you can pay for it monthly rather than up front.

04 How quickly can we be live?

It depends on your EHR, the number of sites, and the modules you start with, so we agree the timeline with you during scoping instead of promising one number up front. For reference, Sobrius Health, a multi-site deployment across two ASAM levels of care, reached full production with the entire compliance team onboarded in 60 days.

05 Do we need an IT project or an API integration?

No. If your EHR has an API, including FHIR, or produces HL7 feeds, Adentris can use them; if it does not, our AI agents build a read-only API or read the EHR through its interface the way a trained reviewer does, so there is nothing to build and nothing for IT to maintain. That is why deployment is measured in weeks rather than quarters, and why adding a new system does not require a vendor partnership.

06 Can we start with one module and add more later?

Yes, and most customers do. Teams usually start where the pain is loudest, documentation compliance or denials, then add coding, prior authorization, and discharge summaries once the first module is paying for itself. Adding a module does not require a new deployment.

07 What is included regardless of size?

A signed BAA, 42 CFR Part 2 architecture for substance use disorder and behavioral health, SOC 2 Type I and Type II attestations, United States data residency, and a complete audit trail of every agent action. Security posture does not change with the size of the contract.
