03 How does Adentris connect to our EHR?
In one of four ways, chosen for your system: the EHR's API, including FHIR; HL7 feeds; an API our AI agents build where the system has none; or the AI Web Agent, which reads the EHR's interface the way a trained reviewer would. Many deployments combine a structured route with the AI Web Agent for documents and fields the feeds do not carry. None of the routes depends on a partnership with your EHR vendor.

05 Can we try Adentris before committing?
Yes, on your own data. The rapid audit pilot runs Adentris on your real charts and claims and returns first findings in about three days. There is no self-serve signup: the platform is configured against your rule set, payer mix, and EHR before its output is worth acting on.
06 How is Adentris priced?
Per organization. Price depends on provider count, locations, monthly volume, and which modules you turn on, so a three-location clinic and an enterprise health system get different scopes. 07 What is included in an Adentris agreement?
Every agreement includes a signed BAA, 42 CFR Part 2 architecture, United States data residency, and a full audit trail of every agent action, with the SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA. Multi-site and enterprise agreements add custom payer rules, a dedicated CSM, and an SLA. Scope and price are set per organization after a short conversation with sales.
08 Is Adentris HIPAA-aligned?
Yes. Adentris is BAA-ready under HIPAA, has completed SOC 2 Type I and Type II attestations, and is 42 CFR Part 2 ready for SUD/BH. All AI inference runs inside Microsoft Azure under a signed BAA. Patient data is never sent to external LLM APIs.
09 Where is Adentris hosted?
Microsoft Azure, US-only data residency. Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Role-based access with least-privilege design. Full audit logging.
10 Do you support on-premise deployment?
Yes. Enterprise deployment options include cloud (default), on-premise (for organizations requiring local infrastructure control), and hybrid (selective module placement).
11 How long does Enterprise deployment take?
Most customers are live in 30 days. Sobrius Health, a larger multi-site deployment, went from contract to full production with 20+ compliance professionals onboarded in 60 days. Most start with one module and expand.
12 Which EHRs does Adentris support?
Adentris connects to Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kipu Health, Alleva, Ritten, Ease Health, and PIMSY, and all eight are ready for new customers. If your EHR is not on the list, we confirm the route during scoping.
